the staff to sell the company's product, fixing sales targets,
providing incentives to representatives and to ensure that

The basic qualification required for
an entry into the marketing and sales department of any organization
is Graduation. An MBA with a specialization in marketing and
sales management is an added advantage. Companies prefer to
recruit people who are either Economics graduate or commerce
graduate. Sales is often a good entry point into a future
position in marketing, while marketing jobs can lead to a
career in general management. Production people also, after
a few years' experience, sometimes switch to the marketing
and sales department. |
